Ophelia was beautifully eerie, with set design by Marta Figueirdo in a crumbling monestry, which provided a stunning backdrop for the performance and the Hybreed chair. Delicate and delicious morsels were offered by food designer Rolan Dack. We had to squirt beetroot dressing onto our foie gras crumble, served in egg shells and literally pluck from our own mini vegetable garden planted in mushroom soil.
